This Website Privacy Policy is intended to provide you with information on how information about you is collected and used when you enter www.rtbday.com.

    • learn about “RTB Day” promotional events focused on RTB House services and technology,

    • read the news and press releases concerning our activities.

    While your visit on our website we may collect certain information about you which are considered personal data. The controller of such personal data collected on this website is RTB House Spółka Akcyjna, a joint stock company with its registered office in Warsaw (00-819), Poland at Złota St. 61/101, entered in the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division, with registration number (KRS): 0000462115, Tax ID (NIP): 527-269-40-02, share capital: PLN 1,500,000 fully paid.

  3. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
  4. We may collect the following categories of personal data in connection with your use of the website:

    • personally identifiable information which you provide voluntarily when filling the dedicated contact form such as name and e-mail address; providing this data is necessary for us to contact you and respond to your query;
    • non-personally identifiable information (so called ‘pseudonymous data’) which does not directly disclose your identity, such as information regarding the end device you are using, unique device identification numbers, browser-type, non-specific geographic location (e.g. country or region), system logs including the date and duration of your visit on the website as well as data related to your activity on the website such as items you viewed and URLs of the web pages you visited.

    The non-personally identifiable information is collected automatically through your use of the website by means of cookie files or other tracking technologies such as social media pixels. When you visit our website, we may send one or more cookies — a small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters — to your device that uniquely identifies your browser.     • self-promotion i.e. to provide you with personalized RTB House ads.

    We may also process your personal data to defend our rights and, if required, pursue claims.

  7. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In principle we collect personal data only where: (i) where we need it to fulfill our contractual obligations with you, (ii) the data processing is in our legitimate interests and such interests are not overridden by your rights, or (iii) we have obtained your consent for data processing.

    The personally identifiable information you provide in the contact form are processed based on consent you give before sending it to us.

    The non – personally identifiable information we collect automatically are processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e. in order to perform a contract of electronically supplied services you enter into when using our services (including managing the website and adjusting it to your individual preferences). Your data may also be processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – for the purposes of pursuing our legitimate interests (such as conducting technical analysis, developing functionalities of the website as well as for self-promotion purposes) as long as they are not overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

  9. SHARING YOUR DATA
  10. In order to assure the ongoing operation of the website and its security we will share your data with our subcontractors such as providers of data centers or IT services. In any case we follow security procedures in particular we make sure they grant an appropriate level of privacy security to your data and process your data only for the purposes referred to above as well as in compliance with this Policy and the applicable laws. Your personal data may also be disclosed also to entities which are authorized by the applicable laws to receive such data, including to the competent law enforcement authorities.

    We will not transfer or permit any of your personal data to be transferred to a territory outside of the European Economic Area unless we have taken measures necessary to ensure the transfer is in compliance with applicable laws. Such measures may include (without limitation) transferring the personal data to a recipient in a country that the European Commission has decided provides adequate protection for Personal Data as referred to in Article 45 GDPR or to a recipient in the United States that has certified compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield framework.

Confidentiality, integrity and availability principles are strictly adhered to.

    We store your data in top-tier multi-tenant data centers operated by market leading companies with appropriate data security certifications. The data is replicated over multiple systems to help to protect against accidental destruction or loss and backups of data are performed in regular intervals.

    Access to RTB House data processing systems is granted only to members of the staff authorized by the management of the company. We use security mechanisms, file system permissions, application permissions and passwords as well as various two-factor authentication methods to prevent unauthorized access and encrypt data transmission channels.
    We have deployed procedures regarding every aspect of processing, carefully select technologies used for processing as well as data recipients and constantly develop the awareness and knowledge about privacy and personal data protection.

  13. DATA RETENTION
  14. We will retain personal information concerning you for as long as we have a legal basis for processing. When we no longer have a legal basis to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it.

    In case of data processing based on our legitimate interest (such as detection of bots and frauds, statistical measurement, improvement of the service and self-promotion) your data will be processed until you object to such processing. Where the data processing is related to responding to your query, we will keep such data for a period needed to deal with a specific query and a reasonable term thereafter, in order to evidence compliance with applicable laws.

  17. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
  18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 16. This website is not directed at children under the age of 16. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

  20. We keep this privacy policy under regular review to make sure it is up to date and accurate. We will notify about its changes at the website in advance.
